As Director, Digital Transformation, Accion Advisory, Brigitta leads and maintains key client relationships, creating new business opportunities, and delivering innovative, impactful engagements for Accion Advisory in East Africa and beyond.  Her focus is on ideating, designing and delivering digital financial services and other solutions that improve the financial resilience and livelihoods of underserved customers such as women, MSEs and smallholder farmers.

Brigitta brings over 15 years of experience in financial services and international development. With a strong background in project management, Brigitta has successfully led numerous regional projects across East Africa and beyond. Her expertise lies in building key client relationships and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver sustainable impact.

Prior to Accion, Brigitta was a Program Manager (Africa & Asia) at Grameen Foundation USA, where she managed multiple projects to develop and scale digital solutions tailored to underserved populations, especially smallholder farmers and women. At Grameen, Brigitta worked closely with microfinance institutions, fintechs, and banks to streamline and digitalize their operations, and to optimize products and delivery models. She is particularly keen on supporting local partners to implement digital solutions that transform their businesses and position them to serve their clients more effectively.

Brigitta holds an MBA in Finance and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP®).
