Varuni Mirpuri serves as an Investment Associate, Accion Impact Management, where she supports investment activities, strategic initiatives, and corporate analysis and presentations.

Varuni brings 10 years of experience across Latin America and EMEA, previously working with Meta’s Sales Strategy & Operations to drive ad sales revenue across Southern European markets. Prior to that, she worked with Credicorp Capital’s Investment Banking team in Lima, Peru, focusing on M&A and Capital Markets transactions in the Andean region in a variety of industries.

Varuni holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School with concentrations in Marketing and Change Management, and an undergraduate degree from Denison University, where she double majored in Economics and French.
