Florent (Flo) Nduwayezu serves as an Investment and Portfolio Associate, Accion Ventures, based in Nairobi, Kenya. He works across Accion’s investment and strategic portfolio support functions and is an active thought leader in industry engagement efforts.

Flo is an early-stage investor with experience across management consulting, growth investing, and startup support in Africa. He began his career helping businesses prepare for investment, raise capital, and build stronger business strategies. He later worked with an East Africa-focused investment fund, supporting companies through diligence, growth planning, and post-investment execution. He then moved to a family office, where he backed early-stage businesses with capital and strategic insight. Most recently, he has focused on pre-seed to Series A investments, supporting founders as they move from early traction to sustained growth.
