The Center for Financial Inclusion surveyed over 20,000 MSEs and conducted over 4,000 interviews across Addis Ababa, Jakarta, Lagos, Delhi, and São Paulo to learn directly from small business owners and gain a new perspective on the interplay between digital adoption, financial services, and business resilience.
