As part of Accion Global Advisory Solutions, Yanina Seltzer is the Director of Digital Customer Strategy. Yanina specializes in customer-centricity and the use of design thinking to ensure that financial products and services truly meet the needs of clients. Her work involves listening to customers, understanding their financial needs and behaviors, and translating those insights into tailored products, services, and/or experiences. In addition to providing advisory services to Accion partners in these areas, Yanina also contributes to the overall strategy and operations of the advisory team.
Prior to joining Accion, Yanina worked at the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) at the World Bank Group, where she focused on customer-centricity and human-centered design. She has also worked for BFA, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Nathan Associates.
Yanina holds an M.A. in international business and development economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University. She is originally from Argentina and grew up in Costa Rica.
