Thadeus (Thad) Arrington is the Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development on Accion’s human resources team. In this position, Thad designs and leads learning, professional development, performance management, and employee engagement activities within Accion.
Thad has over 25 years of experience leading and providing learning and human resources solutions. Prior to joining Accion, Thad worked as the Associate Director of HR at Creative Associates International.
Thad has a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
