Siddardha Nelapudi

Siddardha Nelapudi is one of three Young Professionals on the Global Advisory Solutions team within Accion India. Siddardha works with senior advisors coordinating fieldwork, supporting workshops, and preparing interviews. He also assists with gathering requirements and conducting market scans to analyze key trends to identify market opportunities as well as assist in developing proposals for submission to prospective clients. Prior to joining Accion, Siddardha worked for Nestham. In this rule, he completed a live project on Supply Chain Analysis of Agri-Commodities and was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for participation in the National Agenda Forum by I-PAC. Before this, he worked with Hyundai Mobis Technical Center of India in the Computer-Aided Engineering department. In this position, he presented a paper on “Role of Artificial Intelligence in identifying and preventing EMI issues in Automotive PCBs” and was bestowed with the Best Prototype Demonstration Award for his innovative design approach. Siddardha has a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering.
