As a Manager, Corporate Counsel on Accion’s legal team, Sezgi Guler works across the organization to provide legal support for all Accion departments, programmatic areas as well as mission-driven investment initiatives.
Sezgi first joined Accion in 2019 as a Legal Fellow. Following her fellowship at Accion, she became a part of a Boston-based law firm, Schaper Law Group LLC, to advise early-stage startups and entrepreneurs for a year. Prior to relocating to the US, Sezgi was a Senior Attorney focusing on financial services clients under PwC Global Network.
Sezgi holds an LL.M. degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law (2018) and an LL.B. degree from Istanbul University School of Law (2014). She is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and Istanbul, Turkey.
