Paarul Dudeja was a Director with Accion Venture Lab, Accion’s seed-stage impact investment initiative in fintech for the underserved. She was responsible for leading the team’s investments and portfolio engagement in India and Asia. Paarul has focused her career on supporting innovations and businesses that drive profitable social change. Prior to joining Accion, she co-founded a healthcare education enterprise in India that leverages technology to address a lack of skilled healthcare professionals. Previously, she was an investment professional at the International Finance Corporation, investing in financial institutions to enable sustainable growth and address development challenges, and at Vinik Asset Management, a hedge fund that managed several billion dollars of assets. She began her career as an investment banking analyst with Lehman Brothers and corporate valuation associate at S&P.
Paarul holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in computational finance and economics from Franklin and Marshall College where she graduated with highest honors.
