As the Manager of Research and Prospect Segmentation on the resource development team, Milena Ristovska develops and supports approaches to prospect research, enabling Accion’s work by supporting engagement with high-profile individual and institutional partners aligned with our mission.
Prior to joining Accion, Milena led donor and prospect research on individual, corporate, and foundational partners for CIVIC – Center for Civilians in Conflict, Share Our Strength, and Stand Together. She has also worked as a consultant at the World Bank and the International Financial Corporation.
Milena holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a master’s degree in Economic Development & International Finance, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Ss Cyril & Methodius University. She also holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University, where she attended Ph.D. studies in Knowledge Management. Finally, Milena is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE).
