As Vice President for Accion’s Resource Development team, Erika Eurkus oversees individual philanthropy at Accion. She has over twenty years of experience in securing and managing contributions from individual, foundation, and corporate donors.
Before her current role, Erika worked as a loan officer and program manager for small business lender Working Capital and Accion in the U.S., where she mobilized loan fund capital and also helped launch several corporate partnerships, including the Brewing the American Dream partnership between Samuel Adams and Accion.
Erika served as Secretary of the Board of the Massachusetts Community Banking Council and is a past advisory board member of the Pioneer Institute and Mayor Tom Menino’s Onein3 young professional organization. She is a member of the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class of 2007. She holds a degree in international relations from Northwestern University.
