Ben Binu Varghese is a Specialist in impact measurement and management in Accion’s global operations department. In this role, Ben manages all aspects of data collection, management, analysis, and reporting needed to support the implementation of Accion’s impact measurement and management strategy. He also liaises with departmental leads on monitoring and evaluating Accion’s results framework, ensuring we are making a measurable impact in our work to bring people the financial tools they need to improve their lives.
Before joining Accion, Ben worked with Verdentum, an impact consulting and technology organization, designing impact assessments and frameworks for social impact organizations worldwide, developing M&E systems, conducting market research to drive product development, setting up processes in the organization, and leading business development activities.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Kerala and a post-graduate diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand.
