Arnelit Philip Mani serves on the Accion Global Advisory Solutions team within Accion India as a Young Professional. In this role, Arnelit assists senior advisors in coordinating fieldwork for assignments, gathering requirements and conducting market scans to analyze key trends to identify market opportunities, and developing proposals for submission to prospective clients.
Before joining Accion, Arnelit worked as a CSR Executive at the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (India), where she planned and implemented community development initiatives in project-affected villages and led the SHG revival project. Arnelit also worked as an intern at Cummins where she developed project proposals for policy advocacy and gender equity initiatives under “Cummins Powers Women.” She has closely worked with the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG) in Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu for developing a socially and environmentally sustainable solution for Human-Elephant conflict through a revenue generation model. Arnelit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
