As a Customer Support Specialist, based in Accion’s Bogota office, Anyelo Ascencio is responsible for the customer-related queries, information, and support via Ovante’s Helpdesk channels. He helps with customer feedback from interactions with end-users of the platform and is the single point of contact for Ovante’s Helpdesk. Anyelo also assists with client onboarding, training, and communication and digital marketing efforts for Ovante.
Before joining Accion, Anyelo worked in customer support and sales in the consumer product distribution and wellness sector. Prior to this, he worked at Directv as a Retention Advisor to create customer loyalty strategies. Anyelo has a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
