Amy Stewart was the former Director, Customer Strategy and Digital Products at Accion Global Advisory Solutions. In her role, she worked closely with Accion’s partner institutions in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, leading the implementation of projects to design and deploy digital products, enhance user experience and drive engagement, and optimize channels and data flow. She also supported the advisory team’s global research and learning agenda, and published briefs and blogs on digital lending, customer engagement, and behavior-led product design.
Amy has over a decade of cross-regional experience in financial services in developing markets, with a particular focus on digital products, data analytics, customer engagement, and user behavior. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Boston University in international economic development, a degree in Financial Management from eCornell, and a certificate in digital money from the Digital Frontiers Institute.
