As part of Accion Global Advisory Solutions, Amy Stewart is the Senior Manager, Customer Strategy and Digital Products. In her role, she works closely with Accion’s partner institutions in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, leading the implementation of projects to design and deploy digital products, enhance user experience and drive engagement, and optimize channels and data flow. She also supports the advisory team’s global research and learning agenda, and has published briefs and blogs on digital lending, customer engagement, and behavior-led product design.
Amy has over a decade of cross-regional experience in financial services in developing markets, with a particular focus on digital products, data analytics, customer engagement, and user behavior. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Boston University in international economic development, a degree in Financial Management from eCornell, and a certificate in digital money from the Digital Frontiers Institute.
