Akshitha Arrolla was a former Senior Specialist, Salesforce Database Management on the resource development team. In this role, Akshitha worked closely with the team to maintain the information and reporting systems in the Salesforce database. She also streamlined processes and harnessed data insights to make data-driven decisions that increase the organization’s fundraising efficiencies, enabling Accion’s work to ensure people have the financial tools needed to improve their lives.
Prior to joining Accion, Akshitha worked at various organizations including Salesforce, MetLife, Colgate-Palmolive, and, most recently, WhoWhatWhy. She brings experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and end-to-end implementation.
Akshitha holds a bachelor’s degree in computers from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India and a master’s degree in Information Assurance from Wilmington University in Delaware. She is also a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advance Administrator, and Sales Cloud Consultant.
